Our Story

Tikvahra 🌱 — Small Steps. Steady Growth.Ā

Tikvahra was born from a deep desire to care—genuinely, gently, and holistically. As individuals passionate about mental health and emotional well-being, we wanted to create something real: tools that walk alongside people through anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and the quiet weight of other challenges. Tools that don’t claim to ā€œheal,ā€ but that gently help you manage, reflect, and grow — one step at a time.

The name Tikvahra is inspired by the Hebrew word Tikvah, meaning hope — not a fleeting emotion, but a steady, enduring hope that holds firm, even when life feels uncertain. At Tikvahra, that kind of hope is at the heart of everything we do.

Our mission is simple: to create meaningful, research-informed tools that help individuals reconnect with calm, clarity, and self-compassion. From thoughtfully crafted anxiety journals to small comfort items and tools for reflection, each product is designed with intention and care.

While Tikvahra is grounded in faith and values, our space is open to everyone. We honour the deeper source from which hope flows, while ensuring every person — regardless of belief — feels welcomed, respected, and safe.

We’re also deeply committed to doing good beyond the product. We use eco-conscious materials, ensure our packaging is gentle on the planet, and donate 10% of all profits to charities that support mental health, holistic well-being, and human dignity.

Tikvahra is more than a brand. It’s a space for renewal. A place where hope is nourished, growth is cultivated, and no one walks alone.

You are always welcome here.

Our Founder

Tikvahra was founded by Chloe Mitchell, a passionate advocate for intentional living and sustainable personal growth. With a background in Psychology (BSc) and Cognitive Neuroscience (MSc), Chloe brings a grounded understanding of the human mind and the ongoing journey of building resilience, clarity, and self-awareness. Her experience across healthcare, research, and therapeutic settings has shaped her belief that well-being isn’t a destination — it’s something cultivated through small, purposeful steps, compassion toward ourselves, and a steady commitment to growth.

Rooted in her faith, Chloe is dedicated to creating spaces and tools that honour the complexity of the human experience — offering support that reflects strength, hope, and restoration, while remaining deeply practical and accessible. She founded Tikvahra to serve others — especially those navigating seasons of uncertainty — and to gently support individuals as they move forward at their own pace. Through Tikvahra, Chloe invites each person into a space where growth is nurtured with patience, courage, and intention.
