Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Tikvahra. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Please note:

  • Items that are customized, personalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty. 
  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Tikvahra will cover return shipping.
  • If customer changes their mind, they will pay for return shipping.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@tikvahra.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

If your refund is delayed or missing, please first check with your bank or card provider. If you still have concerns, contact us at support@tikvahra.com and we’ll be happy to assist.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to order a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care with our products, but if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@tikvahra.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will offer you a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products (if applicable)
