Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
During periods of high order volume (e.g., holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Estimated delivery times:
- UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (dependent on destination)

Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and select international destinations.
- If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please contact us at support@tikvahra.com and we will do our best to assist.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable), so you can monitor your delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Tikvahra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international shipment.
- All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tikvahra.com with your order number and details.
- We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- Tikvahra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
